Coptic Binding

A one day workshop today in the sunshine at Nant ( well the sun was coming through our big windows!)
Coptic binding was the task in hand and todays group succeeded in producing some creditable efforts on their first attempts. Its not easy to keep everything at the correct tension, cope with long threads and multiple parts of the book to hold whilst sewing so well done....
