Tunnel Book Workshop

Artists books come in diverse range of types and formats.They can be interactive and kinetic, use a wide variety of media in their construction as well as being portable and self contained.
Tunnel books have the added interest of a 3d element.
Constructed like a miniature theatre the finished piece has an intimacy reminiscent of pop up books and kaleidoscopes- a secret garden to hold in your hand.
This workshop will let you into the secrets of constructing these special books.You will be able to take home a finished piece as well as lots of ideas for developing the process further.
By using collage to provide the many images required, a book can be created relatively quickly whilst learning a new technique.
Lots of creative fun!
